1. Radical Authenticity
No Misrepresentation
You must use your real name, real age, and real photos. In 2026, our AI verification checks for "Deepfakes" and filtered images that don't match your identity scan. Being yourself is the only way to find a True Match.
One Person, One Profile
Managing multiple accounts to "test" people or hide your identity is strictly prohibited. Your account is tied to your verified phone number and biometric ID.
2. Respect & Diversity
Kenya is a beautiful mix of 47+ counties and diverse backgrounds. True Match has a zero-tolerance policy for:
- Tribalism & Hate Speech: Any derogatory comments about ethnic groups, religion, or social status.
- Harassment: Continuing to message someone after they have said "No" or "Unmatch."
- Digital Stalking: Attempting to find a user's private social media, home address, or workplace without their explicit consent.
3. Financial Integrity (The "Fare" Rule)
No Financial Requests
Asking for money is the #1 reason for a ban. This includes requests for fare, airtime, medical emergencies, or "business capital." True Match is for romantic connections, not financial transactions. We advise all members: NEVER send money to someone you have not met and built a physical relationship with.
4. Boundaries & Consent
No Unsolicited Explicit Content
Sending "nudes" or sexually explicit messages (sexting) without the recipient's clear and enthusiastic consent will result in an immediate permanent ban. We keep it classy.
"Sugar" Relationships
True Match is not a platform for Sugar Daddies, Sugar Mamas, or "Sponsors." Accounts looking for transactional relationships (money for companionship) are prohibited.
5. Protection of Our Team
Our moderators and support staff are here to help you. We do not tolerate verbal abuse, threats, or harassment toward True Match employees. Treat our team with the same respect you would show a match.
6. The "Red Lines" (Immediate Bans)
Violating these results in an immediate account purge with No Refund of credits:
How We Enforce These Rules
We use a combination of Real-time AI Monitoring and Human Moderation. If you see someone violating these rules, use the "Report" button on their profile immediately. Reports are reviewed by our Nairobi-based safety team within 15 minutes.
